After nearly 85 years, Kooyman had become one of the Caribbean’s most trusted home improvement brand, with 700 employees across seven stores on five islands. But over time its identity and messaging had evolved unevenly across markets, channels, and internal teams.

Working directly with leadership, the engagement focused on aligning the brand’s voice, visual identity, and messaging around a clearer articulation of what had always been true: Kooyman exists to help people and communities succeed in building and improving

The rallying idea — Everything You Need to Succeed — became a unifying platform guiding brand voice, retail communication, internal culture, and marketing across the region.
